(香港,2017年3月18日)阿联酋国家航空公司及Taste of Hong Kong官方航空合作伙伴阿提哈德航空(Etihad Airways)颁授“Taste the World”大奖予来自Café Gray Deluxe 的Eric Räty 。
“Taste the World”大奖颁授予最能体现阿提哈德航空餐饮理念的大厨,该理念旨在为旅客于整个飞行旅程中提供卓越的餐饮体验。每位大厨的晋级均由评审团独立评分,评审团成员包括阿提哈德航空空中大厨、Taste美食专家和在饮食界富有影响力的名人。Eric Räty将可获得由阿提哈德航空提供的来回机票及住宿,代表香港和Café Gray Deluxe 在11月前往Taste of Abu Dhabi参与全球总决赛,并在阿提哈德航空“Taste the World”大赛的舞台上角逐最终殊荣。
获奖菜式为“法国带子配XO汁及意大利柠檬”。

在本年度的Taste of Hong Kong,阿提哈德航空还展示了其尊贵的机上餐饮体验,同时亦从巴黎空运米其林二星级餐厅Kei Restaurant到港参与本届美食节。 在3月16至19日期间,观众不仅一睹了拥有国际资历及接受过国际培训的空中大厨在Taste Theatre上一展其精湛手艺及烹饪技术,了解他们如何在3万5千呎高空为其头等舱旅客创造个性化的餐饮体验,更享用了名厨Kei Kobayashi在Taste of Hong Kong独家供应且令人垂涎三尺的意式马铃薯丸子配黑松露伊比利亚黑毛猪火腿。
阿提哈德航空每周在阿布扎比与大中华地区四大主要市场之间营运28班国际航班,包括北京、上海、成都和香港,其旅客更可在阿布扎比换乘其他航班前往全球超过100个目的地。
ETIHAD AIRWAYS CROWNS WINNER OF ‘TASTE THE WORLD’ AT TASTE OF HONG KONG
(Hong Kong, 18 March 2017) Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates and official airline partner of Taste of Hong Kong, crowned Eric Räty, from Café Gray Deluxe, winner of the Taste the World competition in Hong Kong today.
The Taste the World award is presented to the chef who best epitomises Etihad Airways’ food philosophy, which aims to provide remarkable culinary experiences throughout the entire guest journey. Each chef entry was independently judged by a panel which comprised an Etihad Airways inflight chef, a Taste expert and a renowned food influencer. Eric Räty will receive return flights and accommodation courtesy of Etihad Airways to participate in the competition’s global final – Taste of Abu Dhabi – in November 2017. They will compete at the Etihad Airways Taste the World Theatre, representing Hong Kong and Café Gray Deluxe.
The winning Taste the World dish at Taste of Hong Kong was Brittany Diver Scallop with XO emulsion and Amalfi lemon.

This year at Taste of Hong Kong, Etihad Airways also showcased its premium inflight dining experience while bringing over Kei Restaurant, a 2-Michelin starred restaurant from Paris. From 16-19 March, festival-goers not only witnessed the fully qualified and internationally trained Inflight Chef demonstrating his craftsmanship and culinary expertise at Porsche Taste Theatre on creating personalized à la carte dining experience in the First Class cabin at 35,000ft, but they also stimulated their taste buds by feasting on Chef Kei Kobayashi’s mouth-watering Gnocchi with black truffle and Iberico ham, exclusive to Taste of Hong Kong.
Etihad Airways operates 28 international flights weekly from four major markets in Greater China including Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Hong Kong, to Abu Dhabi, where passengers can connect to onward flights to over 100 destinations worldwide.
